Patient guide

Your first consultation, without the guesswork.

A place to ask questions, explain what matters to you and understand your choices.

The starting point

Bring your questions. You do not need to bring a treatment decision.

Start with your goals

You do not have to arrive with a product name or a treatment plan. Start with what you have noticed, the change you are curious about and the features you want to preserve. It is equally useful to explain what you do not want. A photograph can begin a conversation about preferences; it is not a promise of an identical result.

Make room for the whole conversation

Bring information about previous cosmetic treatments and your medical history. Ask how a recommendation relates to your concern, what alternatives exist and what happens if you choose to wait. The consultation should give you space to understand the reasoning before making a decision.

Leave with a clear next step

Before proceeding, ask about the full cost, risks, recovery and follow-up. Cam often encourages patients to take the information home and return with questions. Treatment may sometimes be possible the same day, depending on the assessment and schedule, but it is not a requirement or a promise. Her consultation at Pearl Scott is complimentary.

Share information through the practice

Contact Pearl Scott for instructions on sharing medical records securely. Do not send medical records or photographs through this website or a social-media message. Relevant treatment history and medications belong in the clinical assessment.

Your consultation, your questions
